Eligibility
Any full time graduate or under graduate student registered in an engineering, math, physics or computer science field related to the IEEE is eligible for student membership.

Problems
When you fill out an application form online, after you have paid your dues, you will immediately recieve your membership number, while the membership card may take three to four weeks to be mailed to you.
